Cheesy Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeño Dip

Short on ways to serve vegetables to your guests? Try this super easy recipe for Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeño dip. A spicy and flavourful way to liven up your chips and veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)
  • ¾ cup mayo
  • ½ tsp granulated garlic
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup Armstrong Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeño, grated
  • Dill (optional)

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix together the sour cream (or yogurt) and mayo.
  2. Add in the granulated garlic and salt and stir well.
  3. Next, pour in the grated cheese and stir until well combined.
  4. Top with dill if desired.
  5. Serve immediately with crackers or veggies or keep in the fridge until ready to use.
